Clarion certainly makes decks that go head-to-head with the "Big 3" manufacturers, and more...I'm remembering CJJackson's top-end DRZ with four-way Xovers and some of the finest DACs around...
Class was boring, as usual, but at least I didn't fall asleep. I don't know why teachers don't realize that if they stay on a single subject for more than 15min at a time when the class starts @ 8AM, people *are* going to drift off and snooze. It's just reality.
Still awake...time to go to class.
No sleep for me tonight... I'll go to my 8AM class and pass out for the rest of the day, it's the only class I have anyway. Catch up on my sleep for Friday.
I'll be about an hour away from that car this weekend...should I take a test drive? :D I'm scared to even meet the owner of such a monstrosity...I'm afraid I'll break out laughing and end up getting decked.
1.4GHz ain't old... The 75MHz P1 Dell XPi that I have is old Still runs, although the battery regulator got toasted by a lightning strike about five years ago, so the internal battery won't hold a charge anymore. Runs Windows 95. Thinking about putting it back in service for an automatic packet radio system...just need a dumb terminal to sit there and crunch numbers and maybe input some text every now and then. Nothing processor heavy, or even Internet based. Would all be done via serial port.
Thought the Orion was one ohm stable?
I don't have an HT, but I definitely like to see 120VAC projects...as I spend more time and effort on 2 channel audio at home than I do in the vehicle Welcome to the boards, BTW.
