I get a laugh every time I read those kinds of magazines. Just wish I knew of some audiophools around here, would love to give a demonstration and cover the amplifiers, have them tell me what they think they use. Have them take a chit when I tell them they're $40 a tube, vs. that $200-a-tube crap for NOS 300b's...

Stereophool is right... Probably next to some ads for wire that'll make your soundstage bigger, or power cables that make your midrange more pure.
