If you knew the markup, you'd kill me Wholesale prices for fresh flowers are crazy low, if you take into account what the retail price is.- Welcome to the IHoP
Also, mixing sub sizes could lead to major cancellation issues playing similar frequencies.- Battery Recommendations
Kinetik...- DC Ammeter Recommendations
Most DMM's should be able to read up to a half amp of current in series... Anything much over a couple amps and you're looking at clamp meters...- Sean has arrived!!!
What kind of warranty did he come with? Congrats to you and Heather...I expect we'll be seeing more of you on here late at night when the little hellion decides to try out his vocal cords. Maybe we could get Chad to come down and see what he does on the TL- Welcome to the IHoP
Is it just girth? The way I read it, they take length into account as well, so 26" added to the package's girth would be over the limit...26"L x 21" W x 15" H. And I realize there was no way to use "package", "length", and "girth" without there being an innuendo somewhere in there.- Welcome to the IHoP
Anyone know USPS' max size/weight limit on packages off hand? Some gent in BC that's buying my amp wants me to send it via the postal service, but I don't know if they'll take a 40lb. box that's almost two feet across and wide. It's strange, both the guy who bought my Decware Zen and this guy were in BC...you guys must have a lot of audiophiles lurking around up there...- Can anyone recommend a H/U
I'm not an SPL competitor, but I would imagine that whatever amplifier(s) you're using are going to add a heck of a lot more distortion to the output signal than the head unit ever will below the clipping threshold... I'd add a line driver.- Can anyone recommend a H/U
If you're just concerned about S/N and preout voltage, I'd say adding an outboard line driver is going to be the most bang for your buck. The idea of a 7995 as a burp deck is intriguing, to say the least- Welcome to the IHoP
I have a sociology midterm in two days that counts for a quarter of the total grade in that class, and I know a tiny fraction of what I need for it. This is going to be interesting...going to :poof: from here for a while.- Welcome to the IHoP

What do you not like about the 7995?- Welcome to the IHoP
Jim, you should enjoy this; http://elitecaraudio.com/forums/showthread...threadid=126601 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Single ended KT88's...hmm. Don't see those too often. Not sure I'd use it in a vehicle, though- Oh my ! whats this ?

Just when you think you have a system planned out...something changes. My goal for this week - get a power amplifier and preamp combo finalized and ordered. By Saturday. We'll see how it goes.- Oh my ! whats this ?
In terms of pure SQ, the O is actually a more capable driver IMO. *Loves* IB...the only real advantage of the A is increased power handling and a corresponding increase in total output.- Welcome to the IHoP
