Yes I know, but they have been good to me so far. IMO no need to spend the cash that I dont have on something that works just fine. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I had a pair of GT EL84's that went microphonic really fast...swapped 'em for a pair of new-old-stock Sylvania's and never looked back. Much better tone, and never developed problems. But YMMV...and you might as well get the lifespan out of them if they're working.

hotrod deville is nice...dual 6L6's, yummy. I'd replace those stock tubes with something else, if you haven't already Groove Tubes = teh suck.
