But they're cool because of what comes stock with 'em...front/rear locking diffs, very high ground clearance, tons of cargo room. No power steering and a non-articulated suspension kind of sucks, though.

Don't forget the Pinzgauer...I think it's a tie between it and the Land Rover 101 Forward Control for the ugliest 4wd vehicle ever made... The early Scout 800's looked cool (and they're small), but they're pretty underpowered, along with the Pinz. Hell, so is the 'Mog in stock form.

Well, at least they're offering a six-speed manual on the 4WD version. The original '40s were four-on-the-floor only. And they didn't come in a "2WD" option

my teacher's rather cool, although she sounds like she just came out of Brooklyn yesterday "So up heeah, you see the equation on the boaawd..." Better than my Econ prof...thick Pakistani/Indian accent, but that's not the problem; the problem is he's downright boring. He'll spend a half-hour going over the same exact point, leaving you wondering why you bothered to show up in the first place...
