True.... but at times we do things that work good and are reliable in our builds, even though they weren't intended by the manufacturer to do so.. that said i use the twist caps they come in handy and are easier to use especially if u have dd subs. You never, EVER use twist caps for stranded wire. They will come off and take half the wire with them with the smallest amount of pressure. I have cleaned up so many installs where dumb rednecks used twist caps for their head unit and wonder why it doesn't work! I Take Offense To That, Not Because I Pulled Such A Dumbass Stunt Which Should Never Be Done, But Because I Am A Redneck. It's Okay Though, You Sumbitch.
