FYI, the SSA West Coast meet will be held on June 25th (Saturday) (Details are posted in the respective thread located in the "Announcements" section) I personally, as well as everyone else I'm sure would all appreciate it if you could come out and show some vendor support. MAybe an LMT demo, or whatever else you have up your sleeves at SoundSplinter these days If you can swing by, even for just an hour or two it would be awesome.. (location is only 30 mins North of downtown LA)

Thats a great idea Eric. I think that would be the best way to go. It would also prevent me from over-buying supplies, etc. I think BBQ is the easiest for everyone. I'll have to check out if the park has a picnic area with tables, etc (which I'm positive they do)

16 gauge is fine.... 12 or 14 is overkill for such a small amount of power.

OK fellas, here is the breakdown on the West Coast Meet When: - Saturday, the 25th of June, starting at 2PM Where: - The location will be Central Park in Santa Clarita, CA. (map here) (EFFENDI's house - look how close it is!) Why: - To showcase your install, shoot the breeze with a bunch of car audio nerds, share your opinions, ideas, all in a positive environment. Who: - Well so far a lot of people are interested, but I will post an official list of attendees How: - If you can be there, we'll have a meeting. Whoever wants to attend, please just RSVP by June 18th, (just post here that you can come). There will most likely be a small attendance fee (probably $7 or less), so that I dont have to come out-of-pocket for BBQ, drinks, etc. I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone, and hopefully we will have some vendor support/demos if Mike (SoundSplinter) can come. This will be a good positive environment for our little community here. We will also be having a Yeti shaving near the end of the meeting so be sure to show up for that!

this has happened to me before.... it is a phishing scam, used to gain your account information. unfortunately you fell for it. ebay never sends notices like that to you. i suggest you contact eBay support, and report it to them immediately... you will have to verify your account with an ebay rep, and they will end any/all the auctions and reverse any charges that may have been incurred. its a good idea to change your password on a regular basis. i always do.

nothing like that. this park is huge, rarely busy, and there will be plenty of parking. plus it is very secluded from any residential area so we can make as much noise as we want!!

OK, the Speedway is not available on the weekends that I wanted to have the meet (both are retro car shows) New location is Central Park, which is about 2 minutes away from my home. I will post a map and directions in a day or two.
