I don't talk much on this forum, but I decided to put in my $.02! I've used the BSI IC-2000 and it discolored my cone. Could just be the finish on my particular cone (Soundstream XXX), but there's other CA glue that won't do that. For my last recone, I used 3M's DP420 in black. The product's tech sheet was very impressive. It won't kick as quick as 5 minute epoxy or CA glue, but my gosh the stuff is rad. I had a heat gun aimed at my sub for a good half an hour and the glue was set. It's a little expensive since you have to purchase the applicator gun.

To my understanding, this was a great show. I had a buddy of mine from Colorado show his juiced blue Caprice on 22's there. PHX does seem to be a LOT more poppin than Utah.

This 300 is turning out pretty sick! I like everything on it! The compressor's out of the way looks much better, IMO. Heck, I probably would have mounted them outside if there was room. I ran my old Viairs outside... in the wet, snow, and salt no less.

If that was the pole piece for the SMD woofer being machined, I am EXTREMELY impressed. Wow. That's a lot of work right there. It appears it will have excelent cooling! Kudos to you!

I'm curious how the Mechman alternator is working out for you. I got a 180amp from another company ( ) and it seems to be doing it's job. I need a better battery under my hood, but I have a HC1800 under my passenger seat. I have the same motor as you! 08 xB, FTW!
