  1. Anyone have any vids of these in action?
  2. I have a 4 cylinder honda accord sedan, and was wondering if anyone has done the big 3 on this car or one similar. I attempted to do it, but saw when I looked under my hood I was stumped :\. Pictures and steps would be much appreciated thanks
  3. NP: Safety Scissors Spilt my Drink-DNTEL
  4. Thanks I just tuned it down a little and it sounds alot better. I just finished my box last night and didnt have enough time to change my settings, so i wanted to see what everyone else liked their settings at. Thanks for the help.
  5. The JBL amp in my sig. Lowpass crossover frequency
  6. Yesterday I finally got my ported box built, but now i need a little help with tuning my amp. I had the frequency set a little high because of the temporary sealed box i was using, but now i want to tune it for the lows. The box is 2.0ft^3 tuned to 32hz with a Fi Q12. This is all in a 96 honda accord off of 800 watts. What should i aim to tune my amps frequency at? Any help would be very appreciated.
  7. I love your flared ports, you can tell they are made with such care and precision I need to order one for myself props
  8. Looks like thats going to be a real nice setup. Im leaning towards getting two 12" Xcons when they comeout, and they look like they are made with high quality Cant go wrong with SSA
  9. haha, i did think about that, but then its going to cost a lot more, plus there will be no view out the back window....but if this wasnt my daily driven car, then id jump on that forshure
  10. i knoe i knoe...very nice car but, its a B****h to put a larger size box in the trunk Plus i kinda want to set off the weight of the enclosure by removing the back seat and having it placed close to the rear axle so that it wont be so much strain on the suspension.
  11. Has anyone ever taken out the backseat of a sedan or coupe in order to make space for an enclosure? This is like a mini-wall type enclosure with two 12s or two 15s, most likely the two 12s going directly behind the front seats. I was wondering if it is worth it, i want to optimize output without having the rear seat distorting the sound waves, and the difficulty of fitting a larger size box within the small trunk opening(going inside an infiniti G35 coupe). Would this be a good idea? I have no need for the backseat, so should i just go with it? Any input would be much appreciated.
  12. damn that sucks I have a 12" coming tomorrow, and if that was to happen...
  13. I plan on getting one very soon, and was wondering about how much trunk/hatch space is there, roughly. Ive searched online, but they only give the total volume size of the entire cabin. Any help would be appreciated. Sizes for the width, depth and the height of the lowest part of the hatch(planning my system ahead of time....obsessed...lol ) Thanks in advance
  14. is badass and respected by me
  15. Please tell me how I can get one of these
  16. My friend recently bought a 10 inch, and is running it off of an AudioQue amp, and it suprised me. It's in a ported box and built to specs, and it was loud and clear. It was vibrating his rearview mirror soo much he had to keep adjusting it. This was all in a 2006 honda fit.
  17. alright thanks ALOT for the advice
  18. yea that makes a lot more sense now thanks alot for the help so, the crossover tunes both the tweeters and the midbass, if used on a 2 channel while if u had them connected to a four channel, in stead of using a crossover you would be doing the tuning yourself, correct?
  19. thanks alot for the help so can any one explain passive vs active?
  20. so if i wanted to power a pair of 6x9s in the back, then a 4-channel would be better?
  21. ummmm.....another question.....:/ difference between the two? sorry...
  22. Lets say for a set of tweets and two 6.5s, basically just for the front stage
