im sure texas does it quite often cuz i know i have been to a couple of BBQs and there had to be quiet a bit of meet there! but not that much. but im sure it could happen quiet easily here in the great state of TEXAS! The inlaws butchered 1100lbs of a cow this Friday, but I was too tired to help and therefore didn't get any of the meat. Oh well, at the rate they go through food it won't last more than 6 months and we shall do it again. Perhaps an accompanying picture to me with the pig will be posted as my second SSA pic.
