While I don't want the guy around anymore myself, I have this feeling that the media is taking some liberties with what he said and meant there. Imagine that though the liberal media trying to make a conservative look bad. Sometimes I wonder if half the frigging problems we have our self inflicted by our "desire" for news and the spin that is put on the news. I wouldn't say your hypothesis is all that hard to believe
