  1. pneumatic nail guns are freakin' fun
  2. Where did you hear this? I've never heard of any enclosure with a cut off at 50Hz. Maybe an 80Hz cut off, but I've never heard of something that low. It's common for people who don't want a localize-able sub to cross as low as 50Hz. I believe mine are at 40Hz right now.
  3. looks like www.weldingsupply.com wire

  11. That is how I feel about Japanese cars. Not sure there's any non-German cars I trust (and I certainly don't trust much from Mercedes-Benz). I already miss the days of only minor computer intervention in the car, this whole on integration thing scares me as I just see big repair bills and no benefits. bingo, love my old cars
  12. went to the track and get a few runs in, new best: 14.825 afterwards, me and another guy in the club (50+ years old, recently separated from his wife) go to Hooters for a snack. he was hitting on our waitress nonstop and somehow managed to get her number

  18. stuff to do in the foreseeable future: new steering box, don't know whether manual or power yet subframe connectors rebuild rear end with a posi and 3.42s Awsome, getting all the work done before dropping a V8 in her then? pretty much, I don't want to put the V8 in and blow something up on the first time out

  23. That dash is fugly. yeah
  24. Steel or plastic ? Did you buy lower springs ? the gas tank? it's steel and they're Hotchkis springs which are supposed to drop it 1" - 1.5" I sure hope it settles some because it looks exactly the same height as before I read about the whole spring settleing deal on the jeep forums. In the end they settle. Maybe throw some sand bags in the trunk to speed up the settleing ? Couple hillbilly moo cows would have them settled almost instantaneously I was standing in the trunk half jumping and it wasn't moving much
