wait, you bribe your customs officer with cartoons? well, i have to get around the fees... I'm just saying it's a tad peculiar that you can bribe government officials with something like cartoons. Perhaps a trip to the Eastern block would enlighten you a bit. I got "caught" doing a bunch of things that were pretty easy to get out of. I guess when something is contraband there, but we can get it so easily, it can be used for a bribe, even if it is something as silly as cartoons it's not contraband most of the people here are computer challenged and most of those that know some things about computers haven't heard about torrents is it not available locally though?
