Pretty bad when that happens, and it seems to happen a lot. Glad I don't have a manager anymore I have a micro-manager. Also known as a Lieutenant I wouldn't mind that if they were competiant. I answer to 4-5 managers/supervisors. WTF??? get the memo about the TPS reports?
