i'm currently craving an fbody. looking at an early 90's with a jasper motor in it, took the fi out. got a big edlebrock on it currently. asking too much for it, $3500, as it needs some work. but the bro-in-law and the owner are in good, kinda partners with some dogs, so i might be getting it dirt cheap. but i would much rather have a later, 98-00, model. ehhh, neither will probably happen... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee LT1 cars are so cheap nowadays, but the price of LS1 cars has come down a lot too so there is almost no point in buying an LT1. The LS1 cars are so much easier to work on and much faster.

I'm not 100% sure I believe that. A 2nd gen Camaro with a crate 572R went ~225 on gas and 252 on fuel. ... Actually, the record for unblown gas is 365. Unblown fuel is 378.
