Great idea. How about ideas on framing g it out? A good friend told me to start with the bottom out of wood and go from there. Do you have anything to add? Im going to attach a base to the floor that the console will mount too, so I can do most of the work on the outside.

The plexi is a necessity. It will be backed with wood so no worries there, its for a touch panel.

IM abiut to dig in and start my own center console here in the next few days. Any tips and things to look out for? I want to incorporate this touch panel that ive been working on...also some clean plexi....my tablet and possibly an armrest/compartment for random stuff. Ive seen some awesome stuff on Google....shoot me some info. Thanks!!!

When I started planning on this project 2 years ago, in the planning stages, I wanted 60+ and to bassrace 59.9, but since then I have taken it down a notch, wanting to build something that plays low ( Fla style), Loud and moves an absolute insane amount of air. What I started with Subs 8 DC Level 5 M1 Motors, with David from PSi working his magic on the rest. 8 18" recones 3 spider setup Amps - 4 SK2500.1s from Skar audio. The setup got down pretty good with these, but I needed more power, and less problems a single 300A Tenney that has yet to fail me A 4th order bandpass All Wiring and accessories were acquired from Audio Technix. over 100ft of OFC 1/0, 8ga OFC for speakerwires, Pioneer Prs80 Pink Plexi Mids are 6 Selenium mb3p10's on a Lanzar opti 700x2 Tweets are PRV ti405s (iirc) on a crossfire small 2ch amp. Here are a couple of pics to gain a little interest, i have to go back to work, butill post some more up here very soon.
