Ya... I think I might get into the property ownership by teaming with one of my brothers and get some revenue properties... like a duplex/triplex/fourplex. Live on one side, rent the other out for a while, and go from there. Then build a big ass garage outside of the city... we have nothing but space here.

If I could, I would build a shop, with living quarters up top... except I am sure that would get a big no-way from any chic I would be seeing, or plan to see haha.

Haha, wait until it actually is moving under its own power before you start saying that I need about 30G's... to build my own shop and supply it with tools. I would be working on it every day if I didn't have to drive 4 pucking hours to do so. Sooo... I get 2 days a month, and whatever time I take for holidays.

I like the xB's... But, if I had 20G's to spend, I wouldn't spend it on a new car. Warranty for me is a no-argument, I hate other people working on my vehicles. I do my own work, and buy cars that allow me to do so.

Depends on what you consider an econobox... if you concider a Civic one, then by all means... But, a Neon is one of the most popular FWD low budget weekend race vehicles out there, was when it was released and continues today.

How did you fit?? I drove one for a week back when they first came out when my old car was stolen, I couldn't drive it for more than 20 min before my knee cramped up from having to drive with my knees around the steering wheel.

When I retire... I'm going to ranch... I love raising cattle. I like the grain side of things too... but I am severely allergic to grain dust.

You're right, but it is always the place where it originates that has the strongest response to something like this. We are a good point for such a thing to happen unfortunately, and I expect someday someone will try to.

Install, repair, maintain, and we are on call 24/7 in case they go down. I betcha half the work I do is on them.

It is an uneasy discussion... since it directly affects my job. One of my duties is to work on the Bomb sensing/passenger & baggage screening devices. I work for NavCanada... the company that owns & operates the nation's air navigational system.
