That calculator assumes that volume you entered is the box volume after displacements. So in other words, that volume you entered + the port displacement + bracing displacement + driver displacement = total volume.

Port volume = pi*r^2*h Figure out the length by using any port calculator out there. www.the12volt.com has one I would aim for 0.5-0.65 of volume each after displacements.
