Nope, Dupicolor wheel paint. It's all in the prep & coat thickness. Steps 1. Washed & scrubbed the wheels with dish soap 2. Simple Green degreaser & washed clean 3. Sanded with red scotchbrite pad 4. Sanded with green scotchbrite pad 5. Simple green degreaser, wiped clean 6. Mineral spirits wipe, so ensure the surface is free of everything 7. Tape the wheel off 8. 2 light coats of colour (flat black in this case), followed by 1 heavy coat of colour & finished with 2 light coats. Wait 10min between coats. 9. Wait 45 min for base to cure 10. 2 light coats of clear, 1 heavy coat of clear, 2 light coats of clear. Wait 10 min between the coats. 11. Let sit for 24 hours in a dry & warm room with minimal dust to cure 12. Polish 13. Install
