  1. Fucking chinese douche bag pulled out in front of me on the way home from work. Rear quarter & door on the driver's side are all fucked up now on the Spec V. I was moving in the right lane, he was stopped in the left lane, didn't even look, just pulled out... I almost got around him by driving on a snowbank but somehow my left rear hit his right rear. Guy refused to give me his name too... but I have his plate number. no speak no english well  Fuck

  12. 1) I will always recommend active over passive if you are able to. 2) You will also need at minimum the C701 controller for the H701, other option is one of the Alpine headunits capable of controlling the H701. 3) Can't say until you get it in, then use your ears. Every vehicle/install/equipment & person is different. 4) Stage height is a function of install, not how low the tweeter plays. Too many people crossover their tweeters much too low, which is why you see so many blown tweeters. At the very very lowest, a tweeter can go only as low as 2x its Fs safely.
  13. LOL, on my local car forum, the local ginger kid tried to show off his mad amp fixing skillz... of which was using a sewing needle as a signal wire on the RCA connector... followed by everyone calling him a hack hahaha Then he proceeded to tell two of my close friends that are also in possession of pieces of paper that say they are "Electronics Engineers", that he knows what he is doing. bahahaha.
