  1. Three aren't going to be all that much better... you need an alternator son. And if you are competing, with car off, you need to see what your class allows. But, since you are sealed, I assume that isn't the case.
  2. You have a 15ft^3 enclosure? Kinda wondering why you need batteries anyways?
  3. Good location. Better weld a mounting system up, even if the enclosure is covering it.
  4. Because it will change the enclosure volume, and therefore the tuning frequency?? And big NO to behind the driver. Sure hope you bought some AGM batteries that don't gas!
  5. If you can't fit them under the hood, or in the cargo area, then under the vehicle, in a compartment welded to the vehicle. If that is a no, then nowhere.
  6. What vehicle?
  7. I still think with a little fab work, a single 15" Q that is IB-optimized is a better idea, and you will have plenty of power for it then. You could do a manifold if there isn't enough rear deck space. I know I have more than enough output with my single 15" IB.
  8. Funny thing... I'll meet Sean before I meet Neil.
  9. My stage is better in my back seat than in front, because of path length differences. P.S. No rear speakers. Although, I had some newb ask me where my center channel was. I told him it was in my doors.
  10. Glance at owner's manuals next time... crutchfield has them for download.
  11. DIYMA has a lot of stupid people that think they are smart.
  12. True, I have free cable at work
  13. Why not build your own?
  14. You need a faster internet connection and we need Mark to speed this place back up. The past week and a half it has been sloooooooooooooooooow. The 'net at work is just a little better than dial up at times. O well, off to home in 7 minutes.
  15. That is crossover frequency you kook.
  16. I can't keep up

  22. He never screwed up... he probably set it by ear, which is what you recommend right? I trust his judgement in gain setting as he sees fit, sometimes things like this happen, and Jacob will find out what failed I'm sure.
  23. dopey, i suggest you back off.
  24. No, I mean having 2V outputs & 10V outputs isn't going to make a lick of difference.
