  10. i know.... im already all recalculated lol so. what frequency do i want? i listen to like all rap like 32? 33?
  11. ok, ill do 3/4" wood and caligreen... the last box i built, it was 34 wide, 18 deep and 16.5 tall... we had to round the edges just to barley be able to get the beast in.... as a matter of fact, i got picstures!!!! photobucket is being gey right now, and wont let to my album... but it was beautiful here, http://www.caraudioforum.com/showthread.php?t=303255
  12. are you telling me? i was asking if anyone had it cause i was gonna sent them my box, but you have to have sketch up to open it up
  13. ok, the last box i built, i used 3/4 and it worked fine... how will those dimentions work? and does anyone here have google sketchup? i built the box on there and it looks like its gonna be nice...
  14. what do you think i should use? .75? i was told to go thick....
  15. thats the same as on another site... go to http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html and put in width 34" height 16" depth 18" depth 18" wood thickness 1" port width 4" port length2 22" for all the blanks in order and tell me what you think.. cause thats about as big as i can get and the freq i want to be around, will that work with that port shaped like that and all?
  16. you know what i smell.....? FAILURE you gotta do this chit in his thread... on his board...
  17. wanna get what i wanna get? im gonna try 1 15" BTL ported and a hifonics bxi2608D i previously had a hifonics bxi 2008D running 2 alpine type r's i LOVED it, it never had any probs, and ran like a beast.... definitely going with them again.... but i also am pretty set on the FI BTL 15" but thats gonna be loud, and im not to sure what your going for...
  18. i cant get that big for the box..... go to http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html and put in width 34" height 16" depth 18" depth 18" wood thickness 1" port width 4" port length2 22" for all the blanks in order and tell me what you think.. cause thats about as big as i can get and the freq i can get will that work with that port shaped like that and all?
  19. and for the box... what if i use http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html and what freq do i want? i listen to like ALL rap....
  20. Ok, now, i need someone to DESIGN me a sub enclosure for a FI BTL 15" Ported ~34 hz cant be more than 16.5 in tall, 34 in wide, 18 in deep..... shouldnt need to get that big now.... I love google sketchup, so if someone whipped it up on there, then i would be forever gratefull thanks for anything...
  21. SQ is Qs Stupid Loud is BTL im gonna go for the BTL i think.....
  22. man, i dont know what to get...... im leaning more toward the 1 btl.... but idk.... it just seems that the 2 Qs will be fine...
  23. ok, but did you get what i said about the sealed? id have the perfect size sealed enclosure if i used about .8-1 cube of bracing...
  24. ok, well thanks a lot man! but just as other people may have said it... they were saying maybe, like they dont know, but i see that you know whats up... so so Caligreen, do you think that i sould built my enclosure to the exact same specs as what you have?\ cause thats like perfect size... Hey, when i add it up, 34x18x16.5 inch box comes to like 5.5 cubes... the sub displacement is like .2cubes each.... and even if i get 1 cube of bracing. ill still be over 4 cubes...
  25. what the fudge are you talking about....? what dont you understand? i cant go sealed because i dont have the room.... the 2 15"s i had before were side to side and the top and bottom of the sub were flush with the box... im not going to the same thing...? im getting completely different drivers.... and more power... from what it seems likeyou guys are saying, the 1 15" ported MIGHT be louder than the 2 15" sealed so...? idk what you guys are really going for here. sorry if i seem hard headed or something... just the might droves me away from it... idk why, but it does
