  1. good morning and yeah I gotta get on a better sleep schedule as well. This going to bed at 3-4 and waking up at 12:00 or 1:00 just isn't gonna cut it.
  2. jntar, I just also want to say as well
  3. yeah, I did a lot of thinking on my trip though. I think I'm gonna try and pimp the truck a little more and see if I like how it looks and stuff after I'm done. If I don't, then I'll sell it. I really just want to see what it looks like with angel eyes, billet grill, and SS bumper . so jntar you know what that means bro, we get to install the kodas, ohhhhhhhhhh yes
  4. LOMFG I'M BACK FROM VACATION btw, it sucked ass. Rained every fuc*ing day.
  5. sucks jntar I also just want to let you guys know I'm leaving now for gulf shores. I'll be back the 6th of August. try and stay out of trouble
  6. looks like it's got a pretty thick surround. Nice boob cone. lol
  7. yes that = more money though. I just need to know if it's worth it. Plus installing it means I would have to make kickpods.
  8. morning, I leave for gulf shores today. I had a morning question. Do you think it's fine to have the koda playing 63hz to 700 hz? Wouldn't it probably be better to have the koda playing like 63 to 200 hz or something? And then have a dedicated mid playing the rest all the way up to 1.25khz or so? I think if I have the koda playing to 700 I'm gonna have a big gap....like from 700+ to 1.25khz. oh and these numbers are just random if you have suggestions as to what the drivers should play (my kodas, horns, and whatever mid you suggest) plz feel free to tell me
  9. what are the specs on that hu? I've always heard about it, but never seen specs. I tried to google.
  10. yeah that was always my problem.....car audio or exterior mods it's always a tosh up
  11. other than rims, system, window tint, and fixing some scratches. no I was going to get billet grill, angel eye lights, fender flares, rollpan, take off emblems, etc etc. but since I want new vehicle I won't buy all of that. I had just gotten money too. lol
  12. yes, yes they are. had plenty of those in cancun (tipple shot though ;P)
  13. yay for mozilla saying "page not responding" !!!!!!!! I should probably read that thread about impedance rise. lol
  14. I have always loved IDmax subs, it would be better if the basket was chrome though, and then you would have to invert it. also a few pages back, you showed the MA audio poster with nicole on it, I used to see her ads in Caraudio mag all the time, I still have all the issues with her in it. She = teh sex
  15. so ok let me get this right. There is a guy selling his 12" MT over on CA.com and said it's a DVC 1.4 ohm. First off, how do you get a dvc 1.4ohm, is that from using a DMM and seeing what the actual resistance was on the voice coils? or does RE really make DVC 1.4 ohm MT's? also, what kind of amp could you use for this thing. According to the12volt.com parallel wiring = 0.7, and series = 2.8. So would you just use an amp that does goo at 2ohms? cause those are weird resistances =( :edit wow reading > me. RE does make dvc .7 or dvc 1.4 ohm coil configs.
  16. yeah, I'm not sure how much power they were getting at 8ohms but the amp I have is putting out about 60 watts or so at 4ohms with how the gain is set. oh and I got to see the excursion of the kodas, and heard a little bit of sound. They get moving though
  17. oh and what's a good website to punch in voice coil configs with weird configs. like quad ohms, or something like that. I usually use rockfordfosgate but it can't do quad ohms.
  18. omfg, guys I just hooked up the horns and good fuc*ing lord to they get crazy loud!!!!! You could probably hear them half way down the street. Omg, no wonder people say to use only like 10 watts...hahahahaha
  19. that's actually pretty cool I wish I had a psp
  20. yeah I probably should have gone to the doctor, but I'm not to worried about it. If it fuc*s up, it fuc*s up. MDF > my toe.
  21. I stubbed my toe hardcore(on my subwoofer box no less, don't ask) and it still hurts to this day. I stubbed my toe probably 2 months ago I feel your pain dennis
