  1. I'd guess they're just the output ones. The big one looks like its for the power supply. Most of the Pro Crowns have them that size.
  2. The 720's are pretty sweet speakers. Be a hard passive set to beat.
  3. Eclipse in the future please?
  4. The Arc should kill the Zapco head to head.
  5. You're kidding right? Have you any idea of all of the variables that that equation has in it?
  6. Don't bother loading them to the site, load them to imageshack.us or photobucket. Then use the supplied "forum" code that they give you to post them here.
  7. 2 SAZ-3000D's on one 220a alt and one battery? That's a big no-no.
  8. I assume ported? What is your resonant frequency? What space do you have to work with? What kind of power will be going to them? And in addition to that.. what electrical upgrades have you done? You're leaving out vital information here.
  9. Not too much typing.. just not enough Paragraphs. The only flaws I see are the stock HU and the Behringer. Both will be detrimental to any type of sound quality, whatsoever. I'm sure someone else will pipe up about the speakers, but if you already have them.. you might as well use them I'd stick with a sealed 10, but I wouldn't use the Q. Sundown still has the SD1v2 preorder open til the 14th of this month. I'd jump on that if I were you.
  10. 3 cubes and 1500watts? Sounds like a 15" ICON would almost be perfect if you port to 33hz. If you could fit another .5cuft in the box, that would be ideal.
  11. it's a full range output most likely for hooking up satellite speakers or to do a 2.1 setup.
  12. If there isn't a rule.. chances are they don't care.
  13. Doesn't sound like you care too much about sounding amazing with the setup.. therefore I vote for 1 15" BL ported.
  14. What subs are you asking about exactly? Fi makes quite a few different ones.
  15. One of the JBL/Crown amps? It looks real similar to the pro audio Crowns I've used.
  16. $200 seems low for that amp actually. Jump on it.
  17. I'm gonna go with... what else was on his list ?
  18. I actually think it has more to do with the passive crossover that ships with it than the actual drivers reproducing sound. They just seem disconnected and not well blended as some of the other passive sets I've heard.
  19. If you port the 10's still, 2 cubes should be more than sufficient. I'd aim for around 1.5-1.7 after diver displacement though to be perfect.
  20. You didn't look hard enough nub. IASCA Sound Quality Rules IASCA Installation Rules
  21. Best bet is to buddy up with a local battery guy and see what large capacity sealed batteries he has.
  22. Meh, those RE comps leave a little to be desired considering how much they are. I would expect a passive comp set to sound way better if I was paying that much for them. Now the XXX on the other hand..
  23. uhh.. well each speaker needs .75cuft minimum. You should try to shoot more towards 1.25cuft though for each chamber.
  24. I'll just go ahead and recommend the old passive Pioneer set I used to have. I bought them when I was a mere noob, but looking back, they really sounded great for what I paid for them. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v3/p...8_35027,00.html Look around for those.
  25. ouch 70w DC is no fun.
