Ohm loads hav nothing to do with SQ. The Q will take 1200w fine if you set the gain not to clip. Fi doesn't care what box you run it in, that is up to your musical preference.

Hybrid isn't really something you need if you want a louder setup. You should be looking in the direction of horns if your bass is overtaking your front stage.

Looks like any way you go about it, you're custom mounting and wiring it. There aren't kits available pre made.

That's quite a silly decision to make. There are very few 10" woofers that require that amount space. What is inhibiting you from building the CORRECT size box for the woofer you choose? Laziness? Or do you need a design? There are plenty of people here to help you in that process.

Box is too big for a 10" woofer. Try the SSD like mentioned, or the SSA ICON.

I had been trying to do some research on the DCON but not too many people seem to have posted any reviews on it. I guess the lack of reviews is due to it being fairly new. How well do they hang on the low end???? Certainly depends on the box. But I think you'll be pleasantly surprised in a ported box.

The P3000.1 is the only one I've seen used successfully. And the person who used it bought up to Sundown a couple of months later.

Try the DCON then. In your price range, and it's a great SQ Sub.

Could series the BL and run it at the highest load possible. That would cut down on power draw quite a bit.
