  5. There isn't a controllable gain on the Bose crap.
  6. Look for something used. There isn't a quality piece of new gear that will fit your budget.
  7. http://shop.ebay.com/items/_W0QQ_nkwZ99Q2d...QQ_fromZQQ_mdoZ
  8. suppose we could. sounds like more money Hardly. You already bought all the gear. The 100.4D is 2-way active capable.
  9. just seal it up with superglue if its hairline
  10. If you can possibly run the woofers in your door and seal it off as best as possible to give it around 1.0^3ft that will smooth out a hump at 100hz. For tweeters, here are a couple cheapies http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_i...products_id=544 http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_i...products_id=541 The 26NFA, you'll have to have an EQ on to smooth it out a little, it'll probably do better with being louder. The 25 should be a bit better in terms of quality. Cream of the crop though... http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_i...products_id=908
  11. k, well.. any idea what those midwoofers will play up to? And budget? annnnddd do you have a preference metal or textile? and, what size can you fit/show me your tweet mounting location.
  12. The L1Pro is nice, you should be able to match them to your existing woofers. Or, you could take advantage of the trade in, trade up program.
  13. *cough* hybrid audio I thought you were going to run active man? What happened to that dream?
  14. 1) no, he wouldn't 2) STOP BRINGING UP OLD THREADS
  15. Sell them or build a ported box for them.
  16. I consider him another dude to learn things from. When I met him, I treated him just like any other person. No boners here... cuz that's gay.
  17. They have all the parts to repair the sub. Not sure if you can just take off the dustcap though.
  18. Not necessarily, could always get this and use it to signal strap the amps http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/Pr...ProductID=20093
  19. http://reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html
  20. Maybe so you can buy that other stuff???? Upgrade your front battery. When you have more $$$ buy a second one for the rear. Then when you have more $$$ buy an alternator.
  21. How about a budget and what your current electrical upgrades are? What about your box? What size is it, what tune.
  22. O look! Stickies right above where you posted http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...?showtopic=7153
  23. Why not make composite cones an option to add? Just like the other customizable things you can do to your subs before ordering.
