  2. Nice mate, good luck. I am 16 also, and as soon as my range rover (classic) is finished getting painted i will post some pics with what i have to work with, Have 2 alpine type r 12's chillin here in my room, can't wait to get started.
  3. Can't forget the vehicle it's going in!
  4. No more fancy ideas?
  5. Word. What would you recommend? EDIT: 1. Power Acoustik 2. Hifonics Convince me.
  6. Really? I heard they were rated for what they do? Hmmm I really like the hifonics.
  7. Yeah, but no worries the engine is getting replaced anyways, i just needed it to drive in and out of the paint booth. Now for the interior lights.
  8. Nope, it has air suspension. Battery is fine. Turned it over for about a half a second this morning and started fine. I don't know what the deal is. I think he meant "Ignition Coil Packs" meaning a coil for each plug instead of using one coil and a distributer. One coil and distributor. Many people ask if the air suspension drains the battery so i thought that was what he was asking, sorry.
  9. Nope, it has air suspension. Battery is fine. Turned it over for about a half a second this morning and started fine. I don't know what the deal is.
  10. Didn't have much time to check things tonight. It could also be the points on the distributor. Tomorrow i'll probably have more time to do a thorough check.
  11. Has gas, I know for a fact. I'm leaning towards a misscommunication between the ecu and the engine's injectors and such. That happens sometimes with these vehicles, but doesn't explain the interior light situation. Hopefully the electrical isn't completley failing.
  12. Battery is new. EDIT: Sorry finger like spazzed and i hit the posty button twice :x
  13. Well, yesterday i noticed the interior lights were doing funny tricks on the good ol' range rover. It's a '93 classic so it uses Lucas electric. OH BOY! So it usually starts and runs just fine, but the battery was drained, so I decide to charge it today. Go to start it, turns over a bunch, acts like its gonna start, but doesn't. So idk whats going on. The engine is going to come out anyways, its just the other electrical that is worrying me. The fuses are fine, just everything is behaving very strangely
  14. Thank you. I will definantly keep this in mind when working.
  15. My next door neighbor builds furniture outta wood, and he's gonna help me. So i just need any special things, etc.
  16. There is a vouch. I'm going to look into it.
  17. So, i want to build a custom box for a Range Rover classic, LWB Box is for two 12" Alpine Type R's. I want the subs facing towards the roof and the port facing the rear of the vehicle, the "classic" SUV style. Although, the truck comes with a stock cover over the very rear, i want the box to be underneath that, so when i park i can cover the stuff up and keep people from wondering around the car. What wood should be used? Also, any special tricks with making boxes? I will provide picks tomorrow if needed.
  18. That mini is absolutley insane. If you turned it up all the way people would cry. No lie.
  19. Get a few vouches and i will definantly look into it. The price is right.
  20. True that, my range rover is going out to paint in a few weeks, and i thought it wouldnt be till mid january
