  1. i'm with nightshade, people just need to do their homework. bye-the-way i love my gp3000d pro
  2. that gp3000d pro is rated at 3000 watts rms and has a required 300 amp fuse rating , i think the power acoustik has under 180 amps, sundown amps are over priced, do your homework first.
  3. i figure that it takes almost 10 amps to make 140 watts, (i have a old class d amp that was reviewed by car &sound mag, they got 1264 watts from the amp and it only have 90 amp fuses, so i did a little reverse math and this is wat i came up with
  4. the 3000 is really two 1500's in the same heat sink, really putting out alil over 2000 true watts ( 200 amp fuse)
  5. those are some great amps' the new groundpounders amps remind me of the old cruchh amps, belive it or not the crunch is back., i have a 3000d and i love it. for the money it can't be beat, try any other amp in its price range and you form your own opinion.
  6. that guy's an idiot, the gp3000d-pro each requires a 300 amp fuse, so if the has two of them he would need 2) 300+ amp alternaters and about ten batts
  7. get a fi bl with the cooling option
  8. man if i could afford it, i would get the warhorse, also if i could afford it i would get the fosgate 15k, also if i could afford it i would get 4 sundown 3000, but people get what they can afford
