scott , my employer, has actually thought about putting one in his escalade..you know, rolling 26's, beating on a 22.... anyway, we talked him into a pair of 18 solo x's instead...i mean he's already running one and is definitely one of, if not the loudest, street beater in the area (18" x in 5.7cubes tuned to 36hz and 72" of port and a memphis 4000d pushing it)... but i came that close to being able to give a real world review...lol..... quick thought.... even if one paid full retail, they could have three 18" x's , still weigh less, have $3200 for power, wire, enclosure and kick the living shiot outa just about any vehicle or system on the planet...lol....for the price of just the JH.... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

build quality is excellent... performance? well, i have yet to actually see one installed...we have a two channel 32 band one at the shop...would you like a price? but if you look them up at memphis' website, you should find the slopes and such, i'd wager they are up there with audiocontrol..... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

the rl-i 10's are awesome subs...like denim said, my rl-i 8 is a beast. it makes the L7 8 look like a baby...lol... that said, there are a few vids at ROE that highlite the rl-i 10...check them out...they get nasty low and have great output! as to boxs, well...depends on if you want ported or sealed...peaky or flat...mike can give you some great recommendations... as to the power, i gave my rl-i8 1700wrms for a bit..lol...didn't like it, but it took it, in 1.25ft^3 tuned to 34hz...so a pair of rl-i's should love 1kwrms, in the proper enclosure and with the right gain settings. the nice thing about SS subs, they will very clearly tell you when you are overdriving them...you just need to listen and then back off... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

My 43" Philip plasma(in the picture) does the trick. I can hang it on the wall, just don't care too. I need some place to put audio gear anyway, so I use a TV stand. If I had a crawl space, I'd use that instead. 4 or more MJ18's look to fit the bill nicely and within a decent budget Take her not saying no as saying yes and run with it lol..that was all she said...he needs a wall mount plasma.... but i'm going to run with it..hehe..... not IB though...i'm thinking one 15", 10cubes, tuned 15hz.....about 1kwrms.... maybe one 18" solo x..hehe...15cubes....15hz..... and a richter scale!! i can get my old x back cheap....(he's got two new ones we are putting in his escalade...) wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
