No, it was playing for a couple minutes at about a quarter to a thurd volume and started poppling a little. I don't think the amps were in protect.

The subs just made a bit of a poppling noise for a second, then stopped. I've never had BRAND new subs before, so not to sure what this could be. I checked all of the wiring everywhere and it all looks good. Anyone know?

Ya, just took a little cruise with it. Now I'm setting it to please my ears. I don't plan on cranking them too much until I feel they're broken in a little.

It's done!!! Well, almost. But it is playable. Fuse blocks. Need to do a little trim. The post of the arm rest will cover the wires. That will come pretty soon. I'm going to do a little tidying up, wipe out the port, and vacuum.

Didn't get it put in today, time got away. But it's going in first thing in the morning since carpet is done, and all of my cable is ran. Got to clean it up a little, maybe do some trim. More batteries will be my next investment.

Just got done with most of the carpet, just not the top. All that's left is to slide it into the car and wire everything.

So far I've gotten everything done accept for carpet and wiring. Carpeting is going to be done later tonight, so it's going in tomorrow. Got a little sloppy with the fiberglass last week. The port looks a lot better after I wiped it with a damp cloth, there was a lot of dust and over spary.

Never popped up on mine, but i always kept it in the case it came in so thats probably why. Anyways keep workin on that build. Its lookin good Thanks.

Haha actually i upgraded my phone with the new download htc released going from wm 6 to 6.1 So i dont have pocket express anymore but I customized it alot I think I'll have to do that. I hate the Pocket Express, you have to exit it no less that three times for it to leave you alone lol.

Got the same phone as me Nice amp rack. Im ready to see this finished. Isn't it frustrating when you get a call when it's in your pocket, and when you pull it out, Pocket Express is open haha. And it'll be done this week.

I got everything that was left in my car out and mounted my amps. Carpeting, and hopefully hooking up tomorrow. My thinking is to turn it into an amp rack/arm rest, and that was the origional idea. But for now just want to get it done with, since I have a couple days before having to do another paper for school.

Ok, there has been a slight change of plans. I have two SAZ-3000D's on the way, so I'll be using those instead of the JL's. Weather I use two with the gains lower, or one, I haven't decided yet.
