  2. Pretty cheap high quality electronics is what I associate japan/ Korea with
  3. IMO its a good direction, it gets people famirialized with linux, most would have never tried it if it weren't for UBUNTU's usability Oh I think Debian would be a better route. Ive tried many distros throughout the years and never liked them more than I did Ubuntu. Nothing compares except for Apple which is a good thing. get something as powerful and usefull as an apple for no way near the price. I wouldn't call Apple a linux distro, it's far from it. I don't need anything powerful in terms of processing, I may use it for taking notes, and the rest will be low processing tasks. Cheap pc laptops feel "cheap" and I dont like it, I'm just getting an older used macbook, ~500 isn't bad. I never said it was.. But it is unix based Was merely saying the look and feel is starting to resemble an apple feel. I would love to own a Mac but the price per powerfulness is insane. I'm about to make an insanly powerful Linux box

  6. did you use the wubi installer? it gives you options on which gui to use.. Ubuntu is trying to be the most user friendly of all OS's more appealing to the newer people to linux.
  7. do you run a desktop or laptop? Personally I'd run RAID.
  8. Shipping that battery costs $80 without including materials...I was selling used 300MR's for almost as much as you're saying. I knew a few guys on various forums who were buying pallets at their work for a good price. They were having sales on em. So yeah.
  9. 55 more and you get a d3100... I would find them used, you can get the 500mr's for about 130 or 150 shipped.
  10. I'm running 5k on a single Zcon
  11. Granted he's only running 3k
  12. On my muscle relaxers I found that everything was relaxing.
  13. Ahhh http://www.jet-hot.com/
  14. IIRC it's usually ceramic based?
  15. I wouldn't worry about it to much. I would be amazed if they rusted through in the lifetime of the car. Agreed but it seems like every site I looked at today has been swearing that header wrap is the worst thing since Cancer. J I used it on my LTs on my Cobra and never had any issues. They're still on there too, although they were SS so that helps. I wouldn't worry about rust. I am sorry for the lack of knowledge but what do you mean by LTs and SS? J Long Tubes and Stainless Steel. I am not 110% sure of the material mine are made of. I thought about having them jet-hot treated. J Isn't there a thermal goop you can put on it to reduce heat? Something like the useless "deadener" shit that some companies sell? But it's for your engine.. Idk lol What's the best glue to recone a sub? Any brand in particular? I know CA glue...
  16. Thank U! Would you recommend that option or not? Its like a extra 25. And does it help performance in anyway? The sandwiched leads will eliminate any potential tinsel lead slap at high excursion. I would go with them, I though they were standard anyways?
  17. I remember hearing something about Aura being bought out a while back, and the products since then aren't up to par as they use to be. I'm not saying this amp is bad, but hopefully someone else can chime in on this. I know I almost bought one a couple months back, they sure look nice. Yea I remember the guys talking about it and PE is selling these pretty cheap per watt if they do rated. I shall wait and see what others have to say. I might pick one up... my SAX-125.2 is acting wacky.. It'll randomly shut off and on.. very odd high pitch coming from the amp it's self. Is your SAX a refurb or new? Brand new. Are you going to send it to db-r for repair? Maybe I have a 4 channel laying around that i may use instead I dunno.

  20. Fuckin' weird ass people indoctrinating their children.
  21. They gave me the IV and asked me to count back from 100...the stuff hit me so fast they could have said "count back from 5" and I wouldn't have made it to zero. My doc had me start at 5.. I got to 4 and was OUT.
  22. Vicodin = Hydrocodone = Peraset Hydrocodone is the non namebrand version Also don't be a pussy.
  23. some random progress, doesn't look good atm by any means.. just was done to allow me to have luggage in my trunk without overheating/scraping my amps up
  24. I used metal rectangular bars with pre drilled holes and used that to make a platform that i then bolted to my floor then I screwed the box to the platform
