  1. A shitty solder job with surely fail with any vibration Why are you soldering to speaker terminals? When bravox first sent the component set they didn't send the right size terminals lol. Soldering regardless of the job is prone to break due to vibrations because it is a solid solid joint on something that is prone to vibration lol
  2. voltage drops after about 5-6 minutes down to around 13v and it produces 5k at 14v so.. you can do the math ^>^.
  3. Ok check this, we don't have "panel" flex. We have the WHOLE DOOR flexing. And the WHOLE windshield. No way to add mass to any of that and keep the vehicle drivable....
  4. That's quite impossible to prevent all flex, you can only add so much mass before it becomes unusable, some things such as the trunk lid don't need mass. What they need is a firmer locking surface.
  5. Expensive, unless your really into competing... I think I could get one pretty cheap
  6. dude no one ever pays to use my termlab. i planed on doing that 5 years ago when i bought mine.. and as it seems every time no one has any money i think i have made maybe 50 bucks total maybe if i were more of a dick about it i would have made more. I thought more about just shipping it to reputable members on the board, or taking some collateral fee. found out you can't do that because they only allow you to install the software on 2 comps... was gonna borrow a friends and found out lol.
  7. My system can do 0hz.. beat that..
  8. All flex especially in a daily situation is impossible to get rid of, as long as you're not using it as a measurement to compare to setup there is no harm in it. It's just cool what you can pickup and see when you're recording it. It adds noise while listening to music. That's harm to me. Not to mention how bad it looks/sound for others when you are passing by.

  15. Tyler's got an awesome camera so it picked up a ton of flex.
  16. My buddy tyler got some awesome footage, waiting for him to upload it.
  17. I could have guessed that.

  20. ? clearly running ssa..
  21. excuse the shitty cut on the door I made ;P
  22. Mid stopped working today decided to take the door apart to see what happened. solder joint completely broke from all of the vibrations lol re soldered the lead back on and added some quick disconnects to either end of the speaker wire to facilitate easier removal next time.
  23. I run two of the D3100's on 5k with a stock alt and don't drop below 13v myself either. I would look into used batteries more specifically Deka Intimidators which can be had a very low cost and are great batteries. I would not put a larger battery up front unless there are space limitations in the back, not a huge reason to in the first place. I myself know many people who don't even run front batteries. yah thats the thing, there is damn near no space in the back once the box is in. so i would think upping the front and putting one in the back would be good, or would jus one d3400 suffice. an ill look into odyssey Depending how much power you are running I would attempt to fit the largest you can upfront, modifying the battery try may help too. Do you have a spare tire well? I used to put my batteries down there and would leave my spare out. measure your battery tray a few different ways to see if you could lay it sideways to fit a larger battery and then extend your cables from your wiring harness to fit it's new position.
