  3. DC = old RE designs that were sold to them by David when David and Scott were partners at RE
  4. No. Honest. I don't know why people think high output capable systems have to disregard basic audio principles. I won't deny that the craftsmanship side of the install looks excellent. System design and layout could be significantly improved. And then less knowledgeable members see these types of high quality craftsmanship installs and try to emulate them, if not in quality then in design, when the application of acoustic principles within the system is lacking. I totally agree..
  5. Make specific shelves for specific things, give everything it's own place and stick to putting it back there.
  6. Personally speaking Pioneer and Alpine stuff is pretty nice from experience. I have the MVH DVD version of the PIoneer and I love it
  7. There won't be a huge audible difference, the HiFonics and Alpine are both good amps. pick which one you like most and go with it. ok let say I go with the HiFonics and later on run it at 1 ohms how close would I get from the 1600 watts. Do they do rated rms? I don't know the ratings on the amp... but it will again, be in-audible. In order to get a noticable difference in output you must gain atleast 3 dB (human threshold for hearing).. In order do do that you must double your power each time for 1 dB difference.
  8. What makes you say that..
