I was planning on buying a refurb one for like 500 bucks so i can pound the poop out of my car. would a 200 amp alt big 3 0gauge front to back and some XS powercells maybe one or two be sufficient to power this monster?

basically i was wondering if it would do any harm to the subwoofer. im getting another fi bl 15 soon and wanted to run it 2x 1.5kw rms at 1 ohm and if it was okay for awhile to run a bl 15 at 2 ohms which it would be getting 1.6kw rms

running a single fi bl 15 on a saz-3000d at 2 ohms? would that be okay and not blow it the options i have on it is cooling,daily, universal d1 until i get my next fi bl its ported of course in a 4.5 cuft tuned to 30hz

Would there be any noticeable difference between making one huge box or leaving both of them in separate boxes, advantages? disadvantages?

if you added universal (like i did) im adding another BL to my system sometime soon and im going to wire the two d1's like so. if your amp can handle 1ohm than youre good, you could always go with a crunch or hifonics amps which are pretty good for the price.. about 160 for 1200 watts rms or so at 1 ohm

think this would be go for 2 15inbls? wired down to 1 ohm?

how many fuses does it have? i cant seem to find any... because it would have to be atleast 200 amp fuses all together

GPV3000.1D-PRO is rated at 3k watts rms. not sure about the amount of fuse amps Plus i have a d1 sub so im going to wire them like so so i dont have to run them both at 2 ohm

because im buying another bl lol thinking about a GPV3000.1D-PRO

do you think the Crunch GPV2000.1 can do 2k watts rms 1ohm at 13.8v but it only has 4 25amp fuses.. for 2 fi bl 15s? or should i just run 2 amps? GPV2000.1 1 x 500 @ 4-Ohms, 1 x 1000 @ 2-Ohms, 1 x 2000 @ 1-Ohm Maxx

well minus the sub maybe 300-400ish? was also thinking another a 1208d and then adding a MAXX-LINK from hifonics to link them togehther in a master/slave set up so id be doing like 1,200wrms per sub

Coils series then subs parallel = 1 ohm load. thats what i was thinking, actually exactly so id still end up with two d1 woofers?

i have a FI bl 15,cooling,daily, universal d1, im (thinking of) adding another bl to my car (not like i really need it ) but is there i could wire 2 d1's down to 1 ohm?( wouldnt it end up at 1/4 of an ohm? or 4 ohms) i don't think you can but, hey theres always hope(or none) but i was thinking about getting an excessive amperage alt like a 250 amp, run 0g wire front to back add a kinetik battery all KnuKonceptz wire, with maybe a crunch or hifonics amp Ideas or comments?

yeah some douche-baggy shops will do that, i got my 1 in thick box for abouttt.... 120 dollars carpeted which is great because other shops wanted to charge me like 200-300 dollars for a single box. so its gonna be kinda expensive. edit: it was a single Bl 15.

try a different amp? or have you already done that? i like crunch / hifonics amps alot they're cheap and pretty damn good. i got one 15 bl running off a hifonics brutus bxi1208d running at around 900 watts rms and it beats like none other.

yeah i didnt mean to run it at .5 ohms i thought i got a 2 ohm sub
