Welcome to the IHoP
That means you know a lot more about HDR than i do! That's really cool though. I've always wanted to experiment with it. May i ask what program you are using? What camera are you using? wasn't it the Sony A37 or 57?

The 360.2 can cause thumps.. our 360.3 will do it if youre using the remote out on it because it'll shut the amp off with a delay from the hu.

No problem, I want to get the 5704, but it is PRICEY! I am looking at the 2304v. The price I can get it for is 135.00 currently. That's not bad at all, especially if you install it yourself.

Alternator
What is your budget to begin with? Singer, Mechman, Ohio Gen, DC power all make great alternators... Personally when it comes to alternators go the absolute biggest you can afford. In the long run you will have more power on tap and not have to keep on upgrading. The only thing I can think of when it comes to your car I've heard of some issues where there are not enough engine RPMs to actually drive a large alt, so you may be out of luck. I would look into the ones listed above to see what they can do for you.

Glad we don't have people like that here and the ones we do are watched. This is what he said.. Which was in response to telling a guy that having 175 Ft^2 (100% coverage with multiple layers) of deadner was unnecessary. This is what I said

Update on my order please?
Fwiw 10-15 days is Business days as explained in an earlier post BUT that does not include shipping times which can be up to a week or more depending on where you live. So I would expect atleast a month, maybe slightly more since on black friday there was a HUGE surge of orders.. Be patient you got an awesome sub coming.

This is why I love having military gear. Yes 99,98% of the time it is made by the lowest cost manufacturer, but the cold weather shit they got right. J When I flew over for my deployment I slept in our Boom pod, it's unheated so it's like -15 degrees in there.. I had my big as sleeping bag that is good for -20 and I was as warm as could be.. Sounds about right. I know I've only once been COLD while sleeping in the field and that's when the heater went out and I have none of my 'cold weather' layers. Nobody to blame but me. J It's been "Chilly" here lately, It was around 110 when I first got here now it's getting a cold as 60 degrees.

You are going to puke at the price of real grinders. Hard to find anything worth a shit under $250 Only an idiot would spend $250 on a coffee grinder, and I don't care how "good" it is--that's ridiculous. Quality tools cost money. Being a hobbyist, you should understand where he is coming from. We grind most of our spices.. Going from a 30$ grinder to 100$ grinder was a worlds of a difference.. It was able to make small consistent grindings without issue. The other one on the other hand it wasn't consistent at all.. There would be huge chunks mixed in with small chunks.

plant food in their engine bay, neighbor problem and pack rat problem solved. Some nice Heirloom Tomatoes, peas, maybe carrots... or just throw a big gob of peanut butter in it. With a trail leading to it.

I haven't installed but I've shadowded a few of my friends at the shop. Depending on the year it's pretty easy... If you go the full digital Can-bus system (IIRC) it can be easy, but it doesn't always go right.. They usually manually tap everything because there is less to go wrong. I use the Avital 5303 (IIRC Alarm/Remote Start) I like it, the 2 way key fob is garbage though.. The range on it sucks... Although the 1 way is much better. I like the Viper stuff, very high quality but you pay the price. I paid around 400 installed total for mine. I was looking at the Viper systems yesterday. They are nice too. When I do an install in my GF's car I'm probably either going to take mine out and put it in hers or get her one of the upper model Vipers, or I might go with a smart start, however the delay is around 3 seconds. I think the smart start is neat, but my concern is how long until problems start surfacing using that system. Going to a local guys who has done a couple today and see what he has to say. Only complaint I've heard was the delay, Haven't heard much after that. You can install it, I have faith.. but the installers have access to VERY specific wiring guides online that lists all of them out which is a huge help. I have no doubt I can do it, I just want to hear what they have to say. They will give me anything I need because I help them out on the audio side. To be honest I never looked into these starters, so this is new to me. if you're not in a rush when I get back home and see if I can pick one up at employee discount.
