Still at work and I'm freaking tired.

Mr. Nick Lemmons turned me onto a 50/50 mix of polyfill and FG insulation. I don't know what affect it has, but it seems more effective than the standard polyfill. I've been using it ever since. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hmm, might try and scrounge up some insulation. Been there, done that. They weren't happy.

I don't want to start a new thread somewhere, so here goes... I want to try some polyfil in my sub box, how much would I need or start with for a .65 ft^3 enclosure? Will 1 lb. be about right?

7 1/2" and I agree, stay away from cordless. Skilsaw is a good brand, and DeWalt is an excellent brand.
