  7. I guess ill be the one..... Pics of girl?
  8. Don't tune that low. Tune higher.
  9. If if was he'd first time with you don't worry. Can't happen in under a few hours. Takes weeks to feel anything.
  10. Ok check this, we don't have "panel" flex. We have the WHOLE DOOR flexing. And the WHOLE windshield. No way to add mass to any of that and keep the vehicle drivable....
  11. Why is it, every week or so you come and waste space on our forum?
  12. All flex especially in a daily situation is impossible to get rid of, as long as you're not using it as a measurement to compare to setup there is no harm in it. It's just cool what you can pickup and see when you're recording it. It adds noise while listening to music. That's harm to me. Not to mention how bad it looks/sound for others when you are passing by. Well how do you suggest Julian and I be rid if the flex we have? And if you say "turn it down" or get a "smaller system" then you are a retard.
  13. I think so too. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but this thread makes no sense.
  14. It's because the port is so large, it's very efficient. Most people, when they do "big port" do them 100% wrong. So a lot of people think ALL big ports are peaky, only play high notes, and sound bad. When all this is far from the truth. Ok thanks for the explanation, so Large Port = More efficient at a higher tune? Its more efficient. Period.

  16. Finally got both 18"s installed in the PT now. Running off a single Digital Designs M3a @.5ohm. Barely tickling them. They get SOOO low, and sound amazing on everything. Plays every note so well. I am very happy, even with this low power. 14^3 box, 270^2 of port, 40Hz tune. 152.2db @39Hz
  17. Why everyone's panties so hurt? Jeez
  18. ? clearly running ssa.. And Bravox mids..... wtf?
  19. One isn't wired right, or the coil is dead shorted.
  20. Yeah I guess it all comes down to numbers, how much exactly is too little or too much. Its based on Xmax of the woofer, power available, vehicle, and overall goal of the system.
  21. Testing and a lot of it.

    I was misinformed.
  23. I peak at 39Hz. A large port tuned high can dig deeper then a small port tuned low. This thing gets nasty low too.
