  1. must be a tumor... Lord knows I've been exposed to some pretty nasty sh!t in the past 30 years.
  2. Shit that's a first ... nothing to say.
  3. I have nothing to say.
  4. :post:
  5. I am damn good at that.
  6. Yes ... you can cause a lot of problems if you continue to run when they get super sore. Best thing to do is figure out what exactly is causing it - could be a basic excess weight issue, problem with your stride and step, patella not tracking properly over the femur, etc. Your doctor may recommend a bone scan to determine if you have any stress fractures of your tibia. The ice will generally keep inflammation to a minimum which can prevent some pain. It is by no means a long-term fix, obviously.
  7. Are you wearing a good pair of shoes when you run? Insoles may be required as well. As for shin splints ... try running on a softer surface (grass, for example). Ice post-workout and try to avoid running on your toes. Stretch ... often - 4-7 days a week.
  8. One hell of a good night TOP.
  9. I have good news. My self-made billionaire buddy stopped by this evening and brought his brand new M5 ... which I drove ... and found out to be not even close to stock. Hands down the nicest car I have ever sat in and driven. No, I don't have pictures right now, but I'll be getting some. He's also going to get an M6.
  10. Ryan I hope all goes as well as it can today.
  11. Today is Thursday ... you better start mentally preparing for having to move those girls.
  12. I Googled 'Jim and Steve cross country tour' and found this:
  13. I could deal with that interior. I'd like to see all of the colors on the second promo shot. I'm still trying to look for something on the exterior that screams Camaro.
  14. I actuaLOL'd at cos (x).
  15. Me too ... and burnt out. Time for bed real soon. Tomorrow is the last day of hell for about 3 weeks.
  16. No way in hell am I going to pay 20% handling fee on top of international shipping when I can get it sent anywhere in the states for $7.50 ... then another $20 to ship it up here still makes it cheaper. 20 freakin' percent because they have to write another line to the address.
  17. Anyone real close to Longview or Corpus Christi, TX?
  18. If my cell phone beeps one more time I'm going to throw it out the window.
  19. 16 hour day today
  20. Drove that Ram SRT today ... looked brand new and was in awesome condition. I wouldn't even consider it until it shed about 500+ lbs because that thing is slow for the amount of power it generates.
  21. The technology really does work ... but this pushes the ethical boundary a little. My video game would be a cross between Grand Theft Auto and porn.
  22. I bet many of the seasons can be borrowed from the internet. Other than that, they aren't that cheap. Like you said around $55 per season.
  23. is this a show in canada? i have never seen it. edit: i have seen one ep.. it was on project free tv.. but i have never seen it on tv Yeah you bet - Trailer Park Boys. It takes a lot to make me laugh and that show is hilarious.
  24. Going to look at a SRT Ram tomorrow ... only because it has a measly 9000 miles and it's an '05.
