And yeah ... uhhh ... there's another piece of factory black carpet I bought and cut that fits around everything and hides it ... but it's winter right now.

Stupid flash. Matches a lot better in person. I love that grille cloth and the little stretch is has to it - able to pull out the wrinkles and such. Started working on the tower grilles tonight, but got delayed by my friend Gilbey's London Dry Gin.

Just finished the other kick panel. Pics in a few minutes. Going to see if I can get anything done on my HT tower grilles now.

[Longshot] Anyone know the song where the singer(male) has a deep, almost gospel type voice ... sings pretty slow ... "chemical" might have something to do with the title or artist. Fairly slow song as well. Heard it in the gym the other day and overheard someone commenting on the song and only got "chemical" out of it. [/Longshot]

It's black grille cloth ... I'm color blind, but in the pictures (with flash) it looks sort of purple to me. Don't worry about the wires, they're not there anymore. It blends with the interior better than in the picture. When walking by, I didn't want to be able to see them from the outside - even if you had to take a double take. Can't see them from the outside, so I'm happy. Also real happy that I was able to stretch the material without having to fold it over or have it bunched up somewhere. I'll finish off the drivers side tomorrow.

I'll get into the mood and do everything I've wanted to do for the past three months stereo wise in a day. Only thing I'm NOT doing today is leaning over the engine bay pulling fuses and power wire so I can put the 1/0 reducers on. Too tough on my back right now.

Actually got off my ass today and worked on some kick panels. Hopefully they somewhat blend in to the existing black interior. Pics after they're done.

I'm such a prick. I asked for a carry out on a can of spray paint today. My justification was, if you're going to charge me $4.26 for this can of spraypaint, at least have someon carry it out to my truck for me. I wound up carrying it by myself
