What a guy I am. Totally going to grab an ice cream cake from DQ. Not going to lie, I really like the cake so it'll be for her but I'm eating it.

I have to put something funny in it. Love is grand, divorce is a hundred grand. That might work.

Here's the plan. Find a card. Do it all up with the name and my wicked ass signature and maybe an office stamp so I look good. Leave it in my coat, see if everyone else has cards. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

Sitting at work until 5:05PM it is. Then try and see if the Chinese Grocery or 7-11 has any of those wicked pepperoni sticks.

That's a lot of work. See, I'd have to get up, change my shoes, put on my coat, walk down the stairs, go out to the truck, drive 250 feet down the block to the dollar store, get out, walk in, pick out something that's pretty funny, pay for it, get back in the truck, come back to work, try and find a good parking spot, go back upstairs, change my shoes, take my coat off, sit down, log back onto the computer, do some work, put her name on the card and envelope, sign it, put the card in the envelope, seal the envelope, get up, put it in my coat so I don't forget it in my office, sit back down, and do some more work.

Actually, I feel kind of bad showing up without a card.

I don't care if it's a girl. Handshake will suffice. If it doesn't, fudge 'em. Free food.

Ugh. Really don't want to go out to dinner. Really don't want to go out, buy a birthday card, and give it to someone I barely know. So I'll just go to dinner.

I was so pissed off ... I drove home. I knew I had the ring on in the car. Get out. Ring isn't there. Look all over the ground and do a decent check of the car. That feeling just sucks. Sound deadening here we come - I hate doing it, but half the work is already done.

Interesting indeed. I'd love to hear those sometime.

Sometimes it takes something chitty in order to get something done. Lost my ring in the Mazda today. Boy was I ever pissed ... Ripped everything out. Seats, carpet, etc. Grab the fold up sun visor thing I put on the inside of the windshield to keep the car cool in the summer ... pull it out of the car as I had set it up on the dash out of the way. Hear a nice little *ting* on the ground ... and there she is. After I had completely stripped the bloody car ... Anyway, now that it's stipped and sitting in the garage, there is no excuse not to get some sound deadening material in there

I'm excited to see the new stuff from Maxxonics, the aesthetic upgrades to the Orion and Kicker amps, and the new round Kicker (old Solo with more power handling?) at CES. Too bad everything costs an arm and a leg these days.

Waiting for the holidays to be over so I can finally get paypal going = lame sauce.

I'm listening to the top 100 of 2005 on Hitzradio ... every time the host talks I feel like putting my fist through the monitor in hopes of him being behind there. Every time he talks I feel like throwing up.

Think I finally got this bloody paypal and ebay thing figured out. Just waiting for the paypal deposits to show up in my account.

Looks awesome. I didn't read the thread, but do you/are you going to have little panels that fit over the amps so it just looks like a wall?
