  1. chit didn't come off of the siding, so I'll have to bust out the pressure washer and be careful with it.
  2. I don't remember the exact number ... around $250 shipped to Canada I think.
  3. I priced matched mine at CarDomain ... got the warranty, too.
  4. House got egged last night. Just can't win. Someone's going to get a lot of my money - I will have a great security camera setup within the next week, I can tell you that. Was a grey/champagne/something color minivan ... was dark so how in the fudge am I supposed to see the exact color. Looked out the window, seen the van, grabbed one of my handguns and ran outside ... they were driving down the street. Was about to fire a couple rounds into the back of the van, maybe hit a tire ... figured that wouldn't go over to well so I locked it back up. Cops in this town don't give a chit. My white siding is stained, and my 12' x 6' picture window in the front is destroyed. The police doing their job would: a) go around to grocery stores (there are three in my town) asking the people who worked last night if they seen a few kids buying eggs; B) take fingerprints from the egg shells all over the place. The police station is walking distance away from my house ... we're talking just less than one mile here. My wife called them, of course ... reported the incident. They didn't have the common courtesy to stop by and see if everything is alright. Keep in mind I used to work in that place, and know everyone. What else do you have to do at 11:30PM ? It's a town of ... I don't know, 8000? There has been no murders in the past 100 years, no major crime, nothing ... the only thing they do is hand out traffic tickets and break up parties with less than 10 people in attendence ... "We don't have the manpower to take down a party with any more people that than." Holy sweet flying fudge, are you telling me that four cops with guns, pepper spray, a baton, a flashlight, and training can't take down a few roudy kids? Enough venting from me. Off to go clean eggs. Missing a days pay pisses me off more than anything.

We use DHL at work for almost everything ... x-rays, police reports, files, etc. chit arrives early, not on time. Keep in mind this is sending between Canada ---> Canada, and US ---> Canada.
  6. I've had good experiences dealing with their tech department.
  7. I own one. Doesn't get hot at all ... not even really warm to tell you the truth - provides plenty of power to the uber. I've done burps with it before (@ 1ohm) and it didn't shut down ... running the stock 60 amp alt. If I were you, I'd grab something like a VR2000D or one of the many other amps out there that'll do a lot of power (Orion 2500D, etc). The Orion might be one of the best deals out there watt : dollar ratio.
  8. All in all, I enjoyed it. That Town Car was easy to run into the ground as it left the factory half assed anyway. Well, they're decent vehicles ... but I wouldn't want to have to deal with that handling in the city - on the highway, nice cars.
  9. It's amazing how people escape to CA.com to give themselves a false sense of reality, and then cry about it when they're made fun of.
  10. http://www.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=106018 Best thread on the board right now.
  11. Campaining, thats the word. Spelt wrong, likely. I'm not a political fudge up.

A pat on the back for roasting the tires on the bike, and a huge bill for fixing everything that's going to go wrong when you try and light them up in the TrailBlazer
  16. Looks strikingly familiar ... oh, right ... Nice truck.
  17. I'm going to agree. Every smokin' broad here = 20-35 years old, driving a Jeep with a baby seat in the back, and wearing a wedding ring.
  18. I flew out very early Sunday morning (1:00AM), and arrived in Grand Rapids, MI ... 2200 miles from home. I had a meeting this morning, and have to catch a flight later on tonight ... putting me back home Tuesday morning. I'm loving being at work today.
  19. 1. Tired as chit due to the flight and time change. 2. Probably ate the cost of my ticket in food on the plane. 3. Business class + food + no kids + I didn't pay for the ticket + I didn't pay for anything on the trip = 4. Beat the hell out of the Lincoln Town Car rental car, so that was fun. 5. Meeting sucked - didn't accomplish anything ... reminded me of sitting around the table with a bunch of five year olds, or my wife, and trying to come up with a constructive conversation without bickering. <shrug> Free trip + the chance to meet these people and give them my resume works for me. 6. The air in Michigan makes me cough up chit. Good places to eat, though. 7. Fly back tonight. 8. Internet access in the hotel rooms is great ... and fast. 9. Going to hang around and do a little shopping before heading out to the airport to drop the car off. There is a serious lack of hot broads here. It's the 4th, and the guys just couldn't wait to get the hell out of the meeting.
  20. Bastard ... Leaving for the airport now.
  21. Right on ... hope you enjoy the day
  22. I need a radar detector and an alarm. In that order. I really don't feel like spending money though.
  23. Damn good price.
