I'm so tired but just can't fall asleep. Nights like this I need a little NyQuil or whatever the heck it's called.

I grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge ... opened it, and began drinking. Little chunk of ice floating around in there. Not impressed. Someone has some explaining to do. I wanted water, not ice.

Was the same when I went to school. I wanted the boy to live comfortably in his apartment, so I outfitted it accordingly. Might wind up stacking the CD player on top of the receiver.

Nevermind ... figured out the music thing after a little messing around.

Orrr do I save it as a Powerpoint document, convert it to a MPEG with "Powerpoint to DVD" program ... then burn it to a DVD?

I need to make a little video consisting of a song in the background and just a bunch of pictures with a basic pop transition (or similar) every X seconds. Then I'll need to burn this file to a DVD to allow it to play through a DVD player (not so important, CD-R will work if I have to use one). Can I do this with PowerPoint? Save as a what ... JPEG, GIF ?? I can figure out how to get the pictures on slides and how to adjust the transitions and time the picture is on the screen, however, I don't know how to get the song to play throughout the entire 'movie' ... from the first slide to the last.

Can pick up an el-cheapo from Walmart for ~ $40-$60. I think I just paid ~ $80 for a Toshiba from FutureShop on sale.
