Towards the rear of the vehicle, right? Not into the back seat? And I'd imagine you mean lower on the box, vs near the top, closer to the driver.

Probably pull the sub out of the car today and work on the enclosure a little bit. Picture a hatchback, and you're looking at it from the rear license plate and the hatch is up. The enclosure is on the left hand side, with one side up against the drivers side of the vehicle, the back up against the back seat, the front is up against the rear of the vehicle, and the other side is facing into the open trunk (passengers side). Now, the sub will be mounted on the top, and the amp will be mounted on the side facing the open trunk area. Where would you mount the ports? Near the top of the enclosure on the front? The back? Above the amp on the one side?

My bike is 5.3 gallons and the 9R is 5.1 gallons. 60lb dry weight difference between the two bikes when stock. Not bad.
