Now that I'm training, ~ 11, 11:30. Work 'til 5ish. You'll find me in the office later than that usually. Work some Saturdays. I can generally do a weeks work in the peace and quiet of after hours in a Saturday. I don't lift tomorrow, so I'll be in at work around 7, out around 3:30.

Of course - lots of studies both for and against, though. Some say you'll notice some effects, others say you just shit it out. Again, the whole too much protein thing in bodybuilding could stem from some guys using "other" performance enhancers (not food) ... coupled with a large intake and already stressed system ... "Too much", or excess, of most things isn't great for you. I'm nowhere near being close to damaging myself.- Welcome to the IHoP
I have a lot of variations for the smaller meals ... I need to make them a little larger though. The shake winds up being creamy. I have chocolate flavored powder, but I'll be going to strawberry next timeso I can throw some fresh strawberries in there as well. I always add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream as well.- Welcome to the IHoP
Haven't had any problems yet. Put both trucks through some pretty deep off roading adventures and they've held up just fine. And I've towed 15000lbs back and forth to the lake through the mountains a few times.- Welcome to the IHoP
A typical day ... Meal 1 - "Breakfast" + pre-workout ( ~ 8:30AM) Six eggs, two slices of deli meat (turkey, ham, or salami). 350mL orange juice. Piece of fruit. Multi-vitamin, vitamin C. Workout. (8:45/9:00 - 10:30/11:00) Meal 2 - "Post-workout" (within 20 minutes of workout) Protein shake - 1350 cals, 79g protein, 29g fat, 194g carbs. (mixed with 2% milk) Meal 3 - "Lunch" (11:30/12:00) Two grilled chicken breast. Two large baked potato, sour cream, butter. Can of corn or peas. Meal 4 - (2:00/2:30) 4 pcs tortilla bread (two per) 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 4 slices deli meat (turkey or ham) Meal 5 - "Dinner" (5:00) Whatever the other half makes ... pasta, chicken, pork chops, steak, etc ... a good meal. Peas or corn, rice or stuffing, perhaps a soup as well. Meal 6 - (~ 7:00) Piece of fruit. Yogurt. Raisins. Almonds or peanuts. Meal 7 - (7:30/8:00) Peanut butter sandwich. Oatmeal. Minimum 3L of water every day. Throw another half protein shake in there somewhere, it varies. Bulking phase, some meals are doubled.- Welcome to the IHoP
