  3. ok whats it say then <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sum: I Am rursus: back (in the wrong form. rurus, rual ) E: And (E tu Brute!: And you Brutus?) Latin: Latin Narro: Speak (narrate ) TeamSSA: TeamSSA Frigus: Cold (cool) (Frigid ) I am back! And speaking latin. Team SSA is cool. as you can see there is alot of latin in all european languages even today. I geuss that is what you get when most european languages came from Latin or Greek (very close languages themselves) or came from languages which came from latin.
  4. But English isnt nessicarully ugly if you think things that are purely functional and high tec are sexy. English bes describe feelings, emotions, and (being a mix of all languages) is hardest to master yet is best used to describe and explain something. There are many more words in the english language that are not in others than words in others that are not in the english language. Though it is harsh on the ears if you donot understand it or if it isnot used properly. Also, translating enligh to latin was SOOO easy because latin only relies on word order to emphasize what you are saying. You can put the words in what ever order you desire (how they come to mind) as long as they have proper endings so the listener or reader can understand that is the verb, subject, predicate, begining of a clause, and in what tense. Sentence this latin would like be. Makes scense? sorta. This sentence would be like latin is how your mind would put it. Putting it in that order, your mind would read it as. THIS SENTENCE WOULD BE LIKE LATIN! emphasis on the meaning.
  5. and its lacking proper endings on two of the words.

  7. For some, yes. I took it to get out of Spanish or French at the highschool. Took it on-line. Very nerve-racking, two years. I cant speak it very well, or write/read it as i have a limted vocabulary; but it helps me alot in word comprehension if the words are mainly suffixes and prefixes that came from either greek or latin. I have a better understanding of the english language (no matter what jim thinks) and where phonetics come from. Also, i realized the english language is gay. With all this word order and what not. Well im out, be back in 2hrs or so.
