  1. *balloon*
  2. and baloon*
  3. Hence why it is patched. Black silicone FTW.
  4. You'll throw a big rooster tail with paddled ballon tires in mudd...but you better not stop and let them sink a bit.
  5. x2 Tires are the biggest thing. Mud tires will dig in sand, sand tires will see no traction in mudd.
  6. No point in ragging a perfectly good vehicle if you have a bad ass POS to rag.
  7. Thats just retarded. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  8. Have you been in bottomless mudd? You will laugh at sand once you have been.
  9. It's like trying to roll over a really big parking stop...aint gonna happen.
  10. and you cang get over logs/stumps with out 4wd
  11. I cant find the Soggy Bottom Boys web page...damn the band, I want the local truck builders.
  12. And trust me, sand is nothing unless you frame it out.
  13. Think you have bad stuff? We mudd in lake bottoms.
  14. I like off roading too much to not at least hav access ot my friends army jeep. Want to see a beast? as long as you dont frame it out his '44 willy will NEVER get stuck, deffanitely not if you have it in 4wd. Four on the floor? For sissies...three on the floor, no 2nd and no reverse half of the time. No windsheild and a jerry-rigged gas tank with a ton of patched leaks.
  15. AT tires and 2wd and Ive only been stuck 3 times.
  16. PS, If you know how to mudd and where to drive towards you dont get stuck hardly ever.
  17. What defines a closed road?? Been there done that, needed 4lo to get out. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Flooded and blocked off by the county from all public roads and the only access is from privet property.
  18. NP: Mudd on the tires ...just because.
  19. And dont knock muddin till you try it.
  20. We where in the ditch, the road is a closed road, and the mud hole was on Grahm's (the kid on the golf-kart) parents friends property and we had permission to do what we wanted to out there. Thank you very much.
  21. Another reason I dont want to go Econobox...
  22. Some are. My parents had one when I was a kid. Nowadays, I have no idea. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The OLD ones, ya. pre 1990 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My Ex-GF's mom's was a lot newer than that.
  23. Bigger trucks are easy to take through traffic. The trick is remembering that you're bigger than they are, far more intimidating, and most likely their vehicle is going to be more expensive to fix. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If my truck looked as good as his truck did I wouldnt even worry about it. It was probably one of the best looking trucks I've ever seen. Had one hell of a system too. Alpine Motorized in-dash screen with DVD player, JL componets, and 4 RE 8's and a 500/1. He got rid of it for an F-250 Diesle and then put 20's with 35's and a 4/3 lift.
  24. my ex-gf's mom had a dual take suburban...took $120 to fill up.
  25. I hated driving my friends GMC 1500 extended cab with an 6/4 lift on 22's with 33 AT tires through traffic...but damn did that truck look good.
