depends...they have saved me on more then one occasion. i really want a rocky mountain radar phazer/phantom. they actually (passively, hence they are legal) block radar and laser. they even include a one year guarantee that if you do get a speeding ticket (as long as it's no more then 15mph over the limit), they'll pay the ticket. but they aren't cheap... the walmart whistler's i use now are ok and inexpensive <$45...and they have indeed paid for themselves... wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 15mph over is like ~180 bucks in FL...how much do they cost?

well it depends... if it detects it before you are with in rang/sight of the cop you are good to go. If you are going 20mph over and it detects it and you slam on the breaks and the cop sees that, you are likely SOL. detectors are illegal in alot of states so be careful. Risk getting a speeding ticket before you get a speeding ticket and a radar detector violation and possibly reckless driving.

Hard to talk on a cell phone in traffic... but i have a manual. Besides. Cellphone + driving = me pissed off when you cut me off. and you better not be driving a low to the ground car around dusk...headlinghts + tailgateing = bad for you. Im normally a calm driver untill people get stupid with it. Like going 35mph in the furthest left lane in a 45 where traffic generally travles 50-55...all because you are talking on the cell, drinking coffee, and putting on your make up at the same time. /rant

Ive been telling her for 2 years ill do my own laundry and ill use my own detergent because. 1.) I can gather up all the things i know need washing 2.) I can use decent detergent, not walmart special garbage. 3.) My clothes dont get mixed up with my dads (such as work shirts which look the same just im a Large and he is an Extra Large) Well it never fails, i had to wear one shirt two days in a row because the only other shirt i could FIND was left in the dryer wet and started smelling like soot and poo. This morning im looking for all my other shirts (i have 2 more) and she says I've done something with them. Im like WTF, they all got washed this weekend, ive only worn one and the other soured in the dryer. Then she is like : "YOU LOST THEM YOU LOST THEM YOU LOST THEM LALALALALALLALALALALLALALLALALALALLALALALA" yadda yadda. and i tried to explain this to her in simple math terms. There are FOUR (4) Work shirts of mine that where being washed by YOU friday after work. I dont work on the weekends. I wore the same (1) shirt Monday and Tuesday. It is now Wednesday. (1) shirt YOU left wet in the dryer. 1 + 1 = 2. If I know where Two (2) shirts are and YOU where the last person to have all 4, im asking YOU where the other Two (2) are. she replied with: "YOU LOST THEM YOU LOST THEM YOU LOST THEM LALALALALALLALALA IN YOUR ROOM LALLALALLALALALALLALALALA" I was fixing to break out the paper and colored pencils and draw a picture for her. This isnt the first time she has lost my shirts either. Onetime they got left outside hanging up and a T-Storm blew up and they ended up in the dirt 15ft from the clothes line and another time she mixed them in with my dad's shirts in his closet. I think she is going senile, she turns 50 8 days after I turn 17.

Next up well be 4 4ga runs of wire and some fuse blocks. Just need to sell more boxes/stuff lying around.

i went to lowes today to pick up some building materials including MDF, and a storm blows up so im high tailing it home. i get close ot my house and it starts to sprinke...some jakcalope infront of me slows down to 20mph on a 55. i beep the horn and he continues at 20mph its just sprinkleing mind you i finally get around him and it starts to pour and the jakcalope speeds up and gets right on me flashing his head lights. He sees that i have a load of wood (wood + water = not good, even if it isnt MDF). I kept hoping the sheet of MDF would catch a gust of wind and fly out and smash in his windsheild and wreck the mother pucker. That is my pet peave, stupid people with no common sence and retarded drivers.

Buy.com has them and my dad has a buy.com card and they qualify for free shipping so i can get hem for $64. Looks like the pioneer REV's are 100% taking the cake.
