i know how Transmission Lines work it was SPL setups, we werent all that advanced then either. I sitl have a hard time beleiveing that even the new 3500's are on the level with the Magnums with all the kudos everyone gives the mags. I need more money to play with more subs.

they where the older 3500's. we used them for local competitions in my freinds CRX. but we also tried them out daily. it was the same box that we had an alpine Type R in before (before we did the th order for the alpine, which wanted in the crx for one sub with 500w) i dont remember the specs but it was daily to alpines specs. it was an 02-03ish type R i think. that was 3-4yrs ago.

where do you live though. that is almost impossible in FL unless you want to keep the window down and still be sweating unless you drive naked.

i went to drop off a $300 flat screen monitor like 20min ago and install it. The people didnt even have a computer they wanted to hook it to. people are stupid.

SX wasnt ment to tak much more than 1000w I agree wit the new xxx comments. the more i read about it and hear about it the more it seems like something to keep the RE bonor going as the made the horrendously fast business switch. However, ive used DD3500's as well and from what ive heard about the mag's i'd take theos before the 3500's. they are nice drivers but they are still DD's which meanst they where built with SPL competitions in mind. Not chest thumping low end. What is nice about my Ava is that it uses a progressive spyder so it doenst fully unload untill a full half octave below tuning.

i bought the latest Slow and Low alblum. that is all i need. check ROE for some other good test tracks. beyond that driving around listening to just bass and some techno-like music gets obnoxios IMO.

^^x2 +3... my dad's 94 astro would go ice cold, cold enough to need a jacket even on thoes hot summer days pushing 10X. My truck just gets comfertably cool on regular AC and semi cold on high AC.

There was a guy on a custom chopper like bike going down Baya which is a 45 the other day. bare metal, hard core looking bike. Dude looked hard core too, not someone id want to get into a fight with though he didnt look much older than me. Had a Harley V-Twin sounded like and he had a shifter on the side like the old style bikes. No license plate either, though if i was a cop i wouldnt have pulled him over anyway. But that bike looked like so much fun, doing 85 through light traffic going 50-55 on that 4 lane very curvy very hilly road.
