Inflation of house prices in socal is ridiculous. When we moved in to our house about 10 years ago, the house across the street was worth ~230k. Right now it is on sale, listed for $999,900. They did do a little bit of exterior work, but I highly doubt it was worth over 700k.

I don't want to beat my own kind up. Actually yes I do. I can't tell you how many times I've actually dazed off in class, daydreaming about the different ways I would pummel some overachieving nerds' faces in.

Peelouts for 2+ gears in the rain is awesome. Although, I do it responsibly when no one is around, unlike the jakcalopees on the freeway doing 85 while it's pouring out.
