x2, don't worry about breaking it in, over time it will
take your time, every enclosure i make i fiberglass resin the inside to make it solid, but that's just me if you have any questions about building it let us know
there's no need to open two threads about the same topic as said before these are custom made subwoofers that take time to build

you have to remember they don't have the subwoofers stocked up in there warehouses, they are custom built to your demand

unless your starting battery is bad then i would replace it
I wouldn't change your starting battery, i would add a Kinetik in the trunk.. as for voltage you should be fine, so go for it
